Initially, everything seemed promising. Alex provided a quote and advised on the power line issue. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse after that. I communicated with Cindy, who was supposed to handle contacting Georgia Power. The power line in question was connected to my neighbor's house, and I provided Cindy with their contact information. However, I never heard from Cindy again. She didn't respond to my calls or texts but continued to contact my neighbor, who wasn't involved in the tree removal. This lack of communication felt highly unprofessional. To get updates, I had to reach out to Alex directly. Despite this, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If I could rate Cindy individually, it would be a 0. However, I'm giving an overall rating of three because Alex was responsive and professional. While I'd still recommend Tomahawk for their services, I would strongly advise against working with Cindy.

20 trees removed, some as tall as 80'. The team did an impressive job taking them down. They were extremely aware of the impact to surrounding property and took extreme care.

Nope… find someone else to cut down your trees. The lack of professionalism and responsibility is crazy. Not only will they drop trees on your house but they’ll also cut you off in traffic.

I had a giant oak come down in my yard and take down six other trees with it, all hanging over my neighbor's fence at an impossible angle. Bob & team did a great job at a fair price. They saved most of the fence and Bob replaced a portion that was damaged at no charge, though I don't think he needed to. I found my tree company!

I had received a call for payment of services. I had previously called about payment over a month ago but the person over the project was too busy to discuss at the time. The same person calls over a month later like we had never talked. He immediately makes implications that the insurance money had been spent and goes into threatening legal action. The tone and manner was very disrespectful to myself and my wife. It was completely unnecessary. So therefore I would never use this company ever again nor would I refer work to anyone else. Also tree stump not removed as agreed.

The service was excellent. They cleared away the massive pecan tree. We have the root base with the stump left which we were advised it would be ground. All in all the customer service was great and the workers were very respectful of our property. Thank you.
