Houseman sends the same tech to each bi-annual service appointment, so Kevin has been servicing my four locations for at least a decade. That's an advantage right there. But Kevin brings a lot of additional value: friendly, experienced, good communicator, polite, on-time and able to service rentals effectively. He's just an all-around good guy! I received excellent customer service from some really nice people. I am going to purchase from Houseman because of the people who represent them--so mgmt take notice! 😊 McKenzie answered the phone and then went out of her way to research the questions I had for her, making sure I got everything I asked for. Then Danny came out to inspect for termites--he saw something else I needed and didn't do any hard sales. He seemed like he really wanted to be helpful. I really appreciate the care I got. I believe Damian did a good job. I did not watch as he drove across the lawn to insure he got full coverage. I am sure that he did though because I have not had to pull weeds in several years of service my Houseman Services.
