Recently, after we had new sod installed, Jeff Kelly stopped by to check on the progress and make sure everything was establishing properly. That kind of follow-up speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. What impressed us even more was that Jeff took a few extra minutes to come inside and spend time with our German Shepherd rescue to help socialize him. That wasn't part of his job—it was simply a thoughtful act that showed the kind of person he is and the culture Turf Masters has built. this is the 2nd time I fired this company, my HOA complained to me about the weeds in my yard. this company will charge your cc for services you don't agree too and Will leave your yard with enough weeds I it for the HOA to contact you for what your paying them for. I never once called for a tech to comeback for another application but one random fire ant application that I never asked for gets applied and total disrespect from the lady on the phone that cancelled our contact per my request. No attempt from her to redeem our business or loyalty just a straight YES I WILL CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT WITH US M! The lady we spoke to on the phone that allowed this contract to be cancelled with the history we had should be asked why they ever let us go,? Now I'm left with my HOA and my poorlly treated yard with 2 years of service from this company and billing history. Makes you wonder?

Josh has been my tech for years. He’s friendly, punctual, reliable, & knowledgeable! He communicates well which is helpful to know when he’s coming so I can have the yard cut in time for applications as well as when to keep my dog off the yard after service. He also leaves notes on the door, makes the best recommendations and gives the best tips to maximize the benefits of treatments or applications. These past 3 years is the healthiest it’s been since I moved in 5 years ago. Thank you!

Got a treatment today. I hope the technician noticed that the yards on either side of me were greener than mine. I’ve used TurfMasters for many years. My yard is weed free but don’t understand the dead looking grass. I have a sprinkler system, maybe I don’t use it enough. I enjoy not having to treat my lawn myself.
