They were great until they sold out to a bigger company from up North. Unfortunately, it's all about the numbers now and not so much about the customer/customer service. I've used them for 8+ years and 4+ years in my current home. Needless to say, my yard has gotten worse over the years and is now diseased. My front yard looks dead and awful. I reached out to customer service and they said the area manager would reach out to me. I called 3x in a 3 week span and they even "escalated it" to the district manager. No call from either. If you want a plush and healthy lawn, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Highly dissatisfied with my lawn.

I am beyond disappointed in Turf Masters. We have out of control weeds that were discussed in person and through their “online portal” I tried to be discreet and professional giving them an opportunity to rectify the situation. I’ve heard nothing since complaining two weeks ago. I was never given a remedy, simply gaslighting into thinking the weeds were our fault. As I investigated further I went to my video cameras and I have evidence of workers not treating my entire property, especially the back yard where I originally complained. Buyer beware. Lesson learned. The proof is in the pictures. This is the product of three years of Turfmasters “care”. Our search will begin for another provider.

We tried to take care of the lawn last year and after 2 months we called TurfMasters to the rescue. The results were imediat that led to other neighbors signing for their services. This year we added the care for our shrubs and mosquitoes control. Shon came the same day and evaluated the property even if we were not available. The estimate was in our budget. Shon listened to our concerns and even modified the shrubs care to meet our requests. We are looking forward to having a healty yard and more time to enjoy it. Thank you so much.

Our yard has been weed free for many years thanks to Turf Masters! Highly recommended for their chemical treatments! Giving this a 2 stars only because during an aeration treatment our lawn was damaged by their machines leaving deep ruts in the yard. We were out of town when it happened, and received no notice from the company that they caused damage. After reviewing our security cameras, we had to reach out to the company to complain. They did try to remedy this by running a roller over the lawn but this barely helped. We will have to have our lawn leveled at our expense, unless they see this review to rectify the situation.

I have used Turf Masters for several years now and have been satisfied with the quality of service and geen, weed free appearance of my yard. However, a few weeks ago a technician on camera did not completely service parts of my lawn. When I called the office Katie answered and turned everything completely around by reporting the gross oversight, then rescheduled a free 2nd visit as well as having a manager come out to walk the entire property. No company is perfect but, for the most part if a mistake is made on their end there is a team of people waiting to fix it immediately to win customers back over. If it were not for Katie treating me like she took what happened to my lawn service personally then, I would not have remained a customer. I applaud Turf Masters when they get it right which is pretty often but, also let them know when they fall short. They delivered and even treated my mom’s flowers she planted for me years before passing so they could bloom perfectly for me this mother’s day! Turf Master's Lawn Care Service is a class act in my book with Katie on the phone making it all happen! Thank you beautiful human, Katie….

Got more weeds using their products on lawn than anything else. A field of weeds. Some weeds they told me best to do is dig it up because I had to sign a release form they they are not responsible if my grass gets damaged. First time they sprayed patches looked burned then had to pay for aeration did not solve the problem. Many times text messages and phone calls not returned
