From start to finish, this was a fantastic company to work with! Sally gave me a call on Monday after I submitted an inquiry over the weekend. She was kind, helpful, and truly a joy to speak with. That same day, Jason came out as the estimator. My husband is currently deployed, and we just started renting this home — I definitely don’t have the skill set to fix up a yard on my own. I had very little knowledge about what options were even available. Thankfully, Jason was wonderful! He presented three options, starting with the most cost-effective, and really took the time to listen to my specific needs — like having dogs who tend to eat bugs (which has led to some vet visits due to allergies), not being able to maintain a full lawn regularly, and wanting something that would still look great. We ultimately chose cedar mulch. Jason was very transparent that it would be the most expensive option we discussed, which I really appreciated. He thoroughly explained the tools and process his team uses and walked me through each option in detail. Most importantly, he made me feel valued as a customer — not silly for not knowing these things. (I’m from New York and truly had no idea how many possibilities there are for even a small lawn!) Three days later, Jared came to install the mulch, and he was amazing. You could tell how much care and effort he put into the final result. He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’m so happy I chose Quick Call. Every part of this experience was easy and seamless. I did shop around, and while they’re very cost-competitive, their customer service is what truly sets them apart. I’ve already set up monthly maintenance for the non-mulch areas and look forward to a long relationship with their team!
