I had several sizable trees that needed cutting down in my front and backyard. I was able to get a quick and honest estimate that was appropriate for the scope of work. Barely a week later I was notified the crew would be at my house to begin work. The crew who cuts and grinds stumps is separate from the crew/company that excavates stumps. I’m currently waiting on the stump excavation. The tree cutting team was very professional. They wore their safety gear and worked in a deliberate and careful manner. The cleanup was rapid and thorough. At no point did debris end up on my neighbor’s properties. Big Dog’s equipment was perfectly suited to the job which facilitated such a quick completion. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Had a tree fall on my house across power line, on chimney, roof and side of house. They took great care as not cause any further damage and cleaned everything off roof and lawn. High praise for this company!!

I had major work done to my property today. Trees, shrubs, limbs removed. Their crew was working from 8am to 4pm and removed 3 dump truck loads of stuff. I'll have to rework the yard in the spring from all the demolition but I'm happy with what I contracted them to do. This is the 3rd time I've used them. They worked right up to the brick on the house and I never worried for a minute that they'd damage anything. Very proffessional!

Tree fell on my home. After I called, Jason was there within 30 minutes. Gave me an estimate on site. Within 45 minutes the crew was there. 12 noon, not a leaf was left. Not a leaf. Outstanding all the way around.

I inquired about an estimate to have some trees cut down in my backyard via a third party service. A representative contacted me and an appointment was scheduled. The gentleman who was supposed to come out didn’t show up at the scheduled time. After about 10-15 minutes, I called to find out what was going on. No answer so left message. The gentleman called me back and bit later stating he was on the way; he was running late and gave an estimated time. That time came and went. It was an hours after the scheduled appointment when he finally showed up. He looked at my yard for about 30 seconds and stated he would email me a quote for the work. Never heard back. No phone call. No email. No nothing. I don’t even know if the company is any good because I never got the opportunity to even evaluate their estimate. At this point, I would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional to not only be an hour late and not call to inform customer you were going to be late, but not even bother to follow up with the estimate.
