Josh is very knowledgeable and shared sincere, frank advice on how to deal with our water oak. He was able to use a probe to get a reading on the tree's interior density, which it turns out is almost zero, i.e. the trunk is hollow. He coordinated with Decatur's city arborist to arrange permission for us to take the tree down ASAP and submit for removal permit after it's safely on the ground. I recommend him highly.
