Thank you to the team from Eaton Tree Removal who came out and opened our view for us today. Chris and his crew showed up and worked faster than we thought possible. Gave us suggestions on what should be addressed to give us the view we were hoping for. They were helpful, hard working, and professional from start to finish. Eaton Tree Removal did a great job and did it in a timely fashion. Easy to work with, and did exactly as we agreed. Removed a very large Maple tree and stump, two good sized trees in front yard. Also opened up the mountain views out the front and the back. Very pleased with the result. Highly recommend. Steve

*This contractor took $2000 from us and never gave them back!!!* Earlier this summer we agreed with Chris on a hardscaping project for our cabin, in mid July he asked for a 2k deposit to start the project, and noted that it will kick off early August. Since then Chris *stopped answering all text messages and phone calls*, I was trying to contact him to figure out when the project would actually start but *he simply stopped answering* (see attached screenshots).. We eventually asked to cancel the project (given he was neither starting it nor even communicating with us on if/when he intended to) and get our deposit money back. *He did not yet return our money to date*, he doesn't answer text messages / calls from our phone numbers (see attached screenshots), and when contacted from a different number he would then hang up and give us different excuses every time to not return the money, then disappear again. It's been *more than 2 months since he took the money with no indications that he plans to give it back*... We ended up with no hardscaping at our cabin, no materials that we paid him to buy, no deposit money back. We are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against him. We are shocked to see a business owner who's entire line of business should be based on trust, honestly, honor and respect for customers, showing none of those values to us (especially that we were previous customers for another project, and this is what Chris is giving us in return for the loyalty and trust that we put in him by hiring him a second time..).

This is the third time I am using Eaton Tree Service. Chris and his team did a quick, efficient job and cleaned up the areas where the trees had fallen. Highly exceptional service!!
