He took our lawnmower, said he could fix it, and ghosted us. First he didn’t reach out for weeks after receiving it because he “didn’t save our number”, we reached back out, paid a deposit for a part, and never heard again. Attached are screenshots of his communication with my partner showing that we in no way rushed him for this and were, in fact, extremely patient. Out lawnmower isn’t even that nice, I can’t fathom why he would keep it. Idk if we will end up filing something with Dekalb PD for theft or not, but this guy will keep your lawnmower and not reach back out. Beware!

Mike is dependable and trustworthy. He arrived as promised. My husband could not get the lawnmower started. When Mike arrived, he started it, asked if he could take it to his shop to fix it, he returned within 3 hours. He kept in touch with us. We received excellent and timely service. Mike was super friendly, straightforward, fairly priced, and he gave me some tips on how to avoid some of the problems I had run into with my lawnmower. I decided to cut my lawn one day, was able to mower half my yard and then my riding lawnmower would not start back up, I called Mike up, and thank goodness he serviced my area. He not only fixed it but explained what the issue was, he then tune and sharpen both my push and riding lawnmower blades, and his price was really , like his name Affordable. I would recommend this gentleman any day if you ever need to have your lawnmower service.
